Lajoie's triple decisive blow in running win streak to six
Nap Lajoie (pictured) roped a triple in the 10th inning, plating one and he later scored on a Seybold groundout. Philadelphia carried a 4-0 lead into the 7th inning, when starter Eddie Plank faded, and the Sox scored five runs to take the lead. Phil Geier singled in a run in the 9th to tie the game and set the stage for Lajoie's 10th inning heroics. John Katoll, previously unbeaten, took the loss for the White Sox.
