McGuire's 3 hits help lead way to another Brooklyn win
Deacon McGuire (pictured) had a single, double and triple in assisting the Superbas to their 13th win of the season, against only 4 losses. Frank Kitson was able to snap out of his early season struggles as well, tossing a complete game, scattering 7 hits along the way. With Pittsburg dropping a game in Philly, the Superbas have a 1.5 game lead in the National League.
