Yerkes shines in season debut

Stan Yerkes, making his first start of the season, dominated the stagnant Athletics offense. Powers 2-run single in the 2nd gave Philly an early lead, but Fraser allowed single tallies in the 5th, 6th and 8th. In the meantime, the offense fell dormant and Yerkes would end up with the CG win.
