Dowd leads Americans to easy win
Tommy Dowd (pictured) went 2-5 with 3 ribbies in the Americans 6-2 win over Philadelphia. Nig Cuppy was the recipient of some fine support and he was able to even his record at 1-1 for the season. Nap Lajoie got the day off and recent pick up Morgan Murphy got the start in the cleanup position (and went 1-4).
